Converts the blue and red gases in the Underwater world into the green one.
Has 2 inputs: for oxygen and neon and 1 output: for helium (don;t ask, it's mad science!)
Helium (green trapeziums) is used by the Base booster.
Air pipes must be connected to the bottom inputs for it to start working.
The highest efficiency is achieved when both tanks are filled evenly.
